Guess who said goodbye to the crib and hello to a big girl bed?! That's right Mackenzie has officially made the transition to a toddler bed! If we had it our way she would have stayed in the crib forever, but Miss Zie had other plans. It all started when we were on vacation in the Outer Banks (that post is coming soon!). On day two of our 14 day vacation she so nicely decided it was time to learn how to climb out of her travel crib. That apparently gave her enough confidence to then hop right out of her bigger crib at home. It has taken her (and us) a few nights of getting use to the new "freedom" of a regular bed but I am so happy to say that I think we finally got it! She has now slept happily in her bed two nights in a row and we feel confident this trend will continue! We couldn't be more proud of Mackenzie and this exciting milestone she (and us) have now met!
