Ball/Masoner Reunion- Great Wolf Lodge

What an amazingly fun time we had at our Ball/Masoner reunion at the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg last weekend! From the crazy huge indoor water park to the massively kid friendly hotel it was seriously a blast! When is it not though when you are with friends who go so far back that they are considered family?! There were 22 of us (10 kids, 4 years and younger) and the only one we were missing was Kevman (next year, bud)! We tend to take over wherever we go and this was no exception! We made our selves right at home by partaking in dance parties, magic shows, fun raffles, story time, games at the arcade, balloon making, and endless amounts of swimming at the park! We even turned the hallway into our own personal party place (I am sure the other guests just loooooved us!). We will definitely be visiting the Great Wolf again and can't wait for our next reunion with this crazy bunch!!!

Happy 4th Birthday, Mackenzie!

Dear Mackenzie Amelia,

It is so hard to believe that you are four years old! It seems like all you have to do is blink and another year passes by! Wow, year three was pretty amazing for you! You started your first year of preschool, made some really great friends, created wonderful relationships with your teachers, and started gymnastics classes! You stepped out of your comfort zone a lot this year and your dad and I couldn't be prouder of you for it! We have seen the most growth in you this past year than in any other and we are so proud and blessed to be able to watch you develop into one amazing little girl! You are crazy with a capital "C" which we love about you as it keeps us completely entertained and most definitely on our toes. You love life, and your excitement for it is infectious. You have the kindest heart that pours nothing but love for other, especially for your sister. You care for her, teach her, lead her, and best of all you share a sisterly bond that is completely unbreakable. You want nothing but to be surrounded by your family and have a deep connection with your grandparents, aunts and uncles, and cousins. At four years old you already know the importance of family and just how special they are in life. You are fearless, a complete daredevil, incredibly intelligent, and full of personality. All your father and I wish is that you continue to be exactly who you are because that is what makes life with you so great!!! We love you, Mackenzie! Happy Birthday!
