Father's Day in Williamsburg

A week ago I posted about our surprise father's day trip to Williamsburg. Wow, what a great trip it was! We spent Saturday touring around downtown Williamsburg, walking through the streets and little shops. That night we had a delicious dinner at Barretts Seafood Restaurant where we dined on their award winning crab cakes. The girls were amazingly good during the more "upscale" dining experience so we treated them to some super yummy ice cream afterwards! The next day (father's day) we had a nice little breakfast at the hotel restaurant and then made our way to Busch Gardens! We had a blast taking Mackenzie on all the great rides and even saw a show that featured some very talented animals! Isla loved people watching from her stroller and of course watching big sis go on all the fun rides! We enjoyed our little getaway so much that we vowed to take these little family trips more often!
