First off welcome to those that I added to the blog emailing list! Blogger finally allows more than 10 people to send the blog to so I was able to add more people! :-)
Last weekend we ventured an hour up the road to DC to the Shrek the halls Ice attraction at the Gaylord National hotel. MomMom and PopPop also joined us on this little Christmas adventure! What an amazing experience it was. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING besides the floor was made of ice. The theme this year was Shrek the Halls based off of the movie Shrek. They brought in ice artists from China to create over 2 million pounds of ice sculptures. Needless to say it was a tad bit cold at a whopping 9 degrees! We got all bundled up and was even given a bright blue knee length jacket to help keep us warm. We all agree this will become an annual Wolfe Christmas activity! Remember when looking at these pictures, EVERYTHING you see is made of ice (even us in some of them!).
