This past weekend was an exciting one for Miss Mackenzie!
She took her first trip to the Baltimore Aquarium where she saw a ton of
different fish, jelly fish, turtles, seahorses, dolphins, etc. You name it she
saw it! She loved looking into the aquariums, seeing the different marine life, and
of course gave them all big smiles and waves! We were lucky enough to have
Jimmy's parents join us for the weekend and she loved being strolled around by
her Nana & PopPop!
Pointing to all the fish!
More fish!
All the fish were called "dogs"
Looking at the sea horses!

Playing in the Kids Discovery Center!
Our little family of three (soon-to-be four)!

Strolling with Nana
Playing it cool at dinner
Being a silly little goose!
Mackenzie has also been keeping very busy at home! She loves to build forts, put on Mommy's shoes, give kisses to her dolls, and loves to "mop" the floors! She also has fallen in love with Mickey Mouse! Every time she sees him in a store or on TV she goes nuts! She got so attached to a Mickey in Target that Mommy wasn't even going to attempt to pry it out of her hands (thank goodness it was on sale!). She also started calling us "Mommy" and "Daddy" instead of "Mama" and "GaGa". One of my proudest moments is when she put two words together for the first time! When I put her down for naps, I always wave and say "bye-bye" and Mackenzie happily waves back. One day as we were doing our normal nap routine, she looked up at me and said "Bye-bye Mommy". I know it seems pretty small, but it is such a proud and exciting moment when you realize how much they are really learning and taking in! Her energy and silliness is contagious and we are certainly having a blast!

Taking a little rest with her buds
Giving sweet kisses

Wearing Mommy's shoes
Had to add this one of poor Lupa. Even the stuffed animals get priority.
