Halloween 2014!

Happy Halloween (just a few days late)! Wow, I seriously forgot how fun Halloween was until there were little ones in the mix. Our celebration started on Thursday with a fall festival at Mackenzie's preschool. All the students came in their costumes and there was a parade, crafts, games, and yummy food! Nana was also in town and was able to come along to see Mackenzie's school and meet her friends and teachers! Halloween night was spent with our friends, the Shaw's, and of course Nana, the candy lady! We took the girls out trick-or-treating while Nana hung back to hand out candy to the over 150 trick-or-treaters we got that night (thank you, Nana!). The girls had a blast going door to door and we were so proud of them for saying "trick-or-treat" and "thank you" to everyone! I think the adults had just as much fun as the kids!
