We had a wonderful Easter weekend full of family, fun, and celebration! The weekend started off on Thursday with a quick visit from MomMom and PopPop! We are watching their dog for the week so while they were dropping her off, we got in some Easter fun! On Saturday Nana and PopPop made their way down to celebrate not only Easter but Nana's birthday! Saturday was packed with an Easter egg hunt, Easter goodies from their grandparents, bubble blowing, birthday celebrating, and Easter dinner (we did a lot of Easter traditions on Saturday since Sunday was a travel back day). We ended the night with our Easter bunny call (we did this for Santa as well to let him know we are ready for him to come)..."Easter bunny, Easter bunny, hop, hop, hop!"
Sunday morning the girls woke up to find a trail of eggs that were left by the Easter bunny! The trail lead them to the family room where their baskets were hiding! They loved hunting for their baskets and then tearing them apart looking at all the goodies! We ended the morning with a nice breakfast of waffles, strawberries, and whip cream (yum!). It was a great weekend and the girls are still so excited from all the activities and goodies they received! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!
