Christmas #2- Norristown, PA

Christmas #2 and actual Christmas day was spent up north at Nana & PopPop's house! It was such a special time as Aunt Jenna and Uncle Nick were also visiting from California. We spent so much quality time together, it was simply perfect! On Christmas Eve we attended a beautiful church service at Jimmy's childhood church. Mackenzie slept through the entire service (the calming music gets her every time) and Isla was a little angel who enjoyed watching the church's preschool children sing. After church we returned back to Nana & PopPop's where we were greeted by Great-Granma, Great-Aunt Bonnie, and Great-Uncle Jeff. We dined on delicious lobster tail and fillet made by Chef PopPop. The girls ended the night by having everyone in the room do the "Santa call" which lets him know that we are ready for his arrival..."Santa, Santa, ho ho ho!". After the girls had gone to bed the "elves" hustled to get all the presents under the tree and we ended the night opening up our adult gifts to one another. The morning of Christmas was filled with even more excitement as the girls opened up what seemed like never ending presents! Everyone was so incredibly generous and the girls absolutely loved everything they got! We had a relaxing Christmas day that ended with a yummy ham dinner this time made by Chef Nana! A special thank you to Nana and PopPop for hosting such a wonderful Christmas. Memories were certainly made!

Mackenzie got ducky as a gift from her Aunt and Uncle 2 years ago on Christmas Day. We celebrated their two year friendship by giving Ducky his own present.

We were lucky to spend a little more time with Jenna and Nick as we drove them down to Nick's parents house in VA. Our car was packed with a ton of bags, gifts, and six passengers, but we LOVED our cozy little car ride! :-)

Mackenzie was missing her Aunt who was sitting behind her so she held her hand for some of the ride :-)
