Happy 1st Birthday, Ducky!!!!

How could we not give a shout out to Mackenzie's BFF Ducky?! Ducky turned 1 on Christmas Day and although we were a bit too busy to celebrate, we wanted to do something for her special friend. Ducky and Mackenzie met on December 25th of 2011 as a gift from her Aunt Jenna and Uncle Nick. She showed interest in him right away and their friendship only strengthened from there. They are now literally attached to the hip. Sometimes it seems as though we are a family a five instead of four, with Ducky being our third child! He started off plump and full of color but is now looking a bit worn and dingy. To be honest, I love how he looks now. He looks completely and utterly loved. You can see how much he is held, cuddled, kissed and played with. I am so happy he brings her so much joy! Happy Birthday, Ducky!!!
