Hello 3rd Trimester!

I have officially entered into the third and final trimester!!! It won't be long until baby Wolfe makes her grand entrance! Our 28 week appointment went great! Baby's heartbeat is nice and strong and my weight and measurements are right on. I passed the gestational diabetes test which was a huge relief, but found out that I am anemic (low iron). My doctor gave me a prescription and will be watching my iron levels from here on out; all in all nothing to be overly concerned about. We will now be seeing our doctor every 3 weeks instead of 4 which makes things feel even closer! Baby Wolfe has been very active in Mommy's tummy and is definitely growing bigger and bigger everyday! We can't wait to meet our little girl!
