Hall of Champions!

Last week Jimmy was presented with a huge honor at his high school in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Jimmy was inducted into the Hall of Champions for his wrestling career during his 4 years of schooling there. This was such a nice event that honored five Hall of Champions (for excellence in a sport) and four Hall of Famers (for excellence in their professional lives). The ceremony was held in the high school auditorium and they really made it a special evening for all. Each inductee had their picture and bio in the local news paper, had a big write up in the program, and a wonderful slide show highlighting their accomplishments. Each inductee also gave a speech to thank the committee and to talk a little bit about themselves and their success in the past and present. We were so incredibly proud of Jimmy, especially his two little girls who were front and center to cheer him on! When he walked onto the stage Isla could not control her excitement! She kept screaming through giggles "My Daddy! My Daddy!" He has always been our champion, but it was so nice to see him being recognized for all his great accomplishments on and off the mat! Congratulations, Jimmy!!!
