Home Sweet, New Home!

We have been living in our new home for 3 weeks and I have to say we are beyond thrilled! We are loving the house, our new location, and most importantly the girls have adjusted fabulously! We are having fun making the house a home and have gotten a lot of helping hands from family! Both sets of parents came moving week and weekend and man did they work, work, work! My mom came up a week before the move to help with the girls and get me "moving" (no pun intended). I cannot thank her enough for the time she spent being the girls second mom that week, as I was tied up with both selling and buying a house! From painting, to mounting a TV, to moving endless amounts of boxes, and then unpacking those boxes, we are just so thankful for our amazing parents and the support they showed us that weekend. We aren't going to lie, things got pretty dicey that last week. We were notified a week before settlement on our old home that oopsy the bank "lost" the title to our home and double oopsy they wouldn't be able to rectify the situation for another 30 days. Long story short, our realtor definitely errand her commission in those last few days as we ended up closing on both homes on time! We are so incredibly happy to be in our forever home and have already started making some lasting memories in it!

Last day at the old home <3
Moving day!
They said "good-bye" to the house by giving hugs to all the rooms!

Saying "byeeee!"

Of course Lupa got one more pic in the house too!

MomMom seeing the new house for the first time!
First birthday in the new house! Happy 33rd  Birthday, Jimmy!

Girls first rainbow!

Such a great welcome to the new neighborhood!

We spend A LOT more time outside here!

Lupa approves of the new digs!

They are definitely "comfortable" in the new house!

Talking about life under a tree

Life is good!

Cousins came to visit!!!
(Huge thank you to my sister for helping me decorate! She was a lifesaver!)

Group hug!

Thank you for visiting!

Taking advantage of the beautiful weather

She is so more relaxed outside now!

But she will always be our "big" watch dog! ;-)

Happy sisters!

Blessed <3

Picture before church!
We are a lot closer to our church and plan to go a lot more now!

The house wasn't officially "broken in" yet until Jimmy made his first batch of sauce! Yum!

The YMCA water park that is 2 miles from the house! A kids (and parents) dream!
I have a feeling we will be here A LOT during the summers!

Isla isn't a huge fan of water being sprayed in her face (who is really?!) but as soon as Mackenzie grabbed her hand there was no stopping her!
